Terms of Service - RLP Scout

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RLP Scout ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by RLP Scout and is intended for use by real estate professionals, government contractors, and building owners analyzing GSA federal leasing solicitations.

2. Description of Service

RLP Scout provides AI-powered document analysis for Request for Lease Proposals (RLPs) and related GSA federal leasing documents. The Service includes document upload and processing, AI-generated analysis and summaries, property qualification checklists, and related tools. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes and should be verified by qualified professionals before making business decisions.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: uploading malicious files, attempting to reverse-engineer the AI models, using the Service for unauthorized purposes, sharing account credentials, or circumventing usage limits or access controls.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all documents you upload to the Service. RLP Scout retains ownership of the Service, its features, and underlying technology. AI-generated analysis and outputs are provided under license for your professional use.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RLP Scout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated analysis should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for critical business decisions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
